Cornerstone Anonymous Reporting (CAR) - Cornerstone Health Care maintains an ethics line for reporting possible misconduct or obtaining guidance on an ethics or compliance issue. The Ethics Line number is 1-855-719-9491, and is included in our Compliance Program and on posters throughout our facilities.Text Reminders - Interested in receiving appointment reminders via text from your Cornerstone Health Care practice? It's quick and easy! If so, confirm your cell phone number at check-in, then text cornerstone to 622622 from the verified cell phone. You'll receive a text message verifying receipt of your request. If the correct cell number is in our system, you will begin receiving appointment reminders by text and no longer receive telephone reminders.
