We Value Our Patients
We truly enjoy what we do and appreciate our relationships with our patients. We take pride in our ENT specialty. We welcome any thoughts, concerns or suggestions to help improve our practice. We hope that our relationship with you is one that is long-lasting, special and always pleasant.
Our board certified doctors care for patients of all ages with nose and sinus issues, allergies, hearing and balance problems, mouth and throat abnormalities, snoring and sleep conditions and voice problems.
Children are especially prone to ear, nose and throat problems. If left untreated, recurrent ear infections can lead to hearing loss, eardrum damage and delay in the development of speech and language.
Whether your child suffers from tonsillitis or even recurrent ear infections and earaches, our doctors are sensitive to the needs of children and the concerns of parents. And you'll feel comfortable knowing that, should your child's condition require surgery, we have years of experience in pediatric ear, nose and throat surgery.

Preparing for Your Visit
High Point ENT is open by appointment only.
Since certain complaints must be given priority, it is important that when you call for an appointment, you fully explain the nature of your problem. This will help us to schedule your appointment appropriately and see you as quickly as possible.
If you do not have an appointment but need to be seen right away, please call the office before coming in. It is best to call between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., and we will let you know when to come in to avoid a long wait. If you drop in without an appointment, our schedule is disrupted, which may delay patients with appointments. We ask that you advise us if you will be late or unable to make your appointment. This helps us maintain a timely schedule and is a courtesy to our other patients. If you must cancel, we request at least 24 hours notice so that we may give your appointment to another patient.
Our specialists believe that accurate diagnosis and treatment requires a physical examination and appropriate diagnostic testing. Therefore, it is not our policy to diagnose or treat patients over the phone. If you are having a medical problem, we request that you schedule an appointment to see one of our doctors.
Payment & Insurance
At the completion of your visit, you will be advised of the fees for the day and any prior balance. The cost of your visit is determined by the time we spend with you, the complexity of your condition, and by the lab tests necessary to properly diagnose and care for you. In an effort to keep our fees fair and reasonable, we request payment of the portion of the bill that is not covered by your health insurance plan on the date of your visit with our office.
Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. It is the responsibility of you and your insurance company to pay your medical bills. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file claims to your insurance company and provide them information to determine benefits. Your insurance deductible must be met and paid for at the beginning of each year before your insurance coverage will come into effect.
Our office is a participating provider with most major health insurance plans. Our office staff will be able to tell you if your plan is accepted by our practice. If your primary insurance is Medicare, please be aware that some secondary insurance policies do not cover your deductible. We suggest that you review your insurance policies carefully to determine what benefits are covered.
If you have a question concerning billing, please call Cornerstone Financial Services at 336 802-2000.
Electronic Medical Records
As a patient of Cornerstone Health Care, your medical record is electronically maintained through a secure system. Your medical record is accessible to you, and those members of your medical team who must refer to it to treat you. No other parties may access your medical record without your signed permission.
If you need a prescription refill, please contact our office during regular office hours.
