G. Frank Crowell, MD, MBA
          Dr. Crowell is a Wake Forest University Medical School graduate and a former neurology section chief at Forsyth Medical Center. He is a national speaker for Multiple Sclerosis Therapies, Alzheimer’s Therapies and Migraine Therapies with a special interest in each. Dr. Crowell has been in practice since 1984. He has been an instructor in numerous research studies in Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's and Migraine.

Travis H. Jackson, MD
          Dr. Jackson is a graduate of Baylor College of Medicine and did his neurology residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. He is former chief of neurology at Forsyth Medical Center and is a national speaker for Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. Dr. Jackson is an advisory board member of Elizabeth and Tab Williams Adult Day Center. He has been in practice for 25 years.

Paul G. Martin, MD
          Dr. Martin is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill School of Pharmacy and is a registered pharmacist as well as a neurologist. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Medicine and a national advisory board member of all pharmaceutical firms involved in Migraine research. He is a member of the National Headache Foundation and American Association for study of Headache. Dr. Martin has been in active practice for 22 years.

David D. Meyer, MD
          Dr. Meyer is a graduate of Wake Forest University and is former neurology section chief and current director of the EEG Lab at the Forsyth Medical Center. He is a national speaker for Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer’s and Migraine therapies. Dr. Meyer sits on the board of the National MS Society. He has been in practice for 30 years.

John Porter, MD, FAAN
          Prior to joining Cornerstone, Dr. Porter was in private practice at Salem Neurological Center where he provided specialty care to patients across the region for the past decade. He is also actively involved in neurological research studies, such as the relationship between heart disease and headache, through his work with Clinical Research of Winston-Salem, Inc. The results of his research studies have been published in prestigious international medical journals, and have been presented by Dr. Porter at major neurological conferences around the world.

Serving in private practice for over thirty years, Dr. Porter has been recognized among the Best Doctors in America and the Best Doctors in North Carolina for the past three years. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry in Neurology and Pain Management. He is also certified in the interpretation of CT and MRI by the American Society of Neuroimaging. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology. Dr. Porter’s specialty areas include stroke prevention, and the treatment of neuromuscular disorders, Parkinson’s Disease, headache and dementia.
