Paul Coughlin, MD
          Dr. Coughlin received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his residency training at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC and also served a fellowship at Duke. Dr. Coughlin is board certified in Urology.

Ralph Duckett, MD
          Dr. Duckett was awarded his medical degree by the Bowman Gray School of Medicine. He served his residency at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington. He is board certified in Urology.

Lawrence Eskew, MD
          Dr. Eskew received his undergraduate degree from the Wake Forest University and his medical degree was awarded by the Bowman Gray School of Medicine. He completed an internship in Surgery and served residency in Urology at North Carolina Baptist Hospital and was Chief Resident in Urology during his final year. Dr. Eskew is board certified in Urology.

M Craig Hall, MD
          Before joining Cornerstone, Dr. Hall served as Professor of Urology and Director of Urological Oncology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem. He has an extensive and esteemed professional career which includes numerous honors and awards, including a listing in "America's Top Doctors for Cancer," and the "Guide to America's Top Physicians." Dr. Hall was awarded his undergraduate and medical degrees by the University of Louisville in Kentucky. He completed his urological training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN and subsequently a fellowship in urological oncology at the University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. Dr. Hall brings a new level of technological expertise to this state-of-the art practice with his specialized training in urologic oncology and minimally invasive surgery including robotic urological procedures.

Timothy Mullins, MD
          Dr. Mullins received his medical degree from West Virginia University in Morganton. He served his residency at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, MA. Dr. Mullins is board certified in Urology.

Bradley Stoneking, MD
          Dr. Stoneking received his bachelor of arts degree with magna cum laude honors in Chemistry from the University of South Florida in Tampa. He was awarded his medical degree was by the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, TN where he served a residency in Urology. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Dr. Stoneking served as Chief of Urology Services at Moncreif Army Community Hospital in Fort Jackson, SC. Dr. Stoneking was a Major in the Medical Corp. of the United States Air Force. He was named as a Distinguished Graduate from Commissioned Office Training at Maxwell Air Force Base in AL. Dr. Stoneking is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology.

Ashlyn Bruning, PAC
          Ashlyn Bruning joined Piedmont Urological Associates in May 2007. She attended Moses Cone Memorial Hospital Radiologic Technology Program from 1996 to 1998, and then began work as a Radiologic Technologist while obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Allied health. She graduated magna cum laude from Greensboro College in 2000. Ashlyn then attended the Wake Forest University School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program graduating summa cum laude with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2005.

Julienne (Jill) S. Connor, PAC
          Jill was awarded her Bachelor of Science degree by Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem and received her Physician Assistant certificate from Wake Forest University–Bowman Gray School of Medicine. She is particularly interested in helping her patients develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle through appropriate exercise and nutrition. Jill Connor is a Certified Athletic Trainer and most recently served as a Physician Assistant with High Point Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine for seven years. Previously she worked as a Physician Assistant at Cornerstone Family Practice at Archdale, Battleground Family Practice in Greensboro and Charlotte Orthopaedic Specialists.

Margaret Elaine Hughes, RN, FNP
          Margaret Hughes has been with Piedmont Urological Associates since 2000. After working in a number of different positions as a Registered Nurse, Elaine received her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from East Carolina University. Prior to joining Piedmont Urological Associates, she was employed for over 20 years with a surgical practice in Thomasville spending time in the office as well as the hospital and operating room.

Susan Kasubick-Tillman, PAC
          Susan Kasubick-Tillman joined Piedmont Urologic Associates in July 2006 moving from Columbus, Ohio where she was a physician assistant in Thoracic Surgery/Oncology at The Ohio State University Medical Center. She moved to North Carolina to join her husband, who is currently completing his training at Wake Forest University/Baptist Hospital. Despite moving from Ohio, Susan was born and raised in Philipsburg, PA. She completed her undergraduate training at Westminster College, receiving a degree in Molecular Biology in 1997. She immediately transitioned into her Physician Assistant training at Chatham College in Pittsburgh, PA where she received her Master's of Physician Assistant Studies in 1999.
