Ammar Husseino, MD
          Dr. M. Ammar Hussieno came to Cornerstone from Plymouth, NH, where he served as attending physician in Pulmonary and Internal Medicine at Speare Medical Associates and Medical Director of the Intensive Care Unit at Speare Memorial Hospital. He completed his undergraduate studies with a diploma in science from Damascus High School in Damascus, Syria, where he graduated among the top ten scholars in the nation. Dr. Hussieno was awarded his medical degree by Damascus University Medical School. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA, and served a fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Hussieno also completed an externship in Hematology/Oncology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Pulmonary Medicine, and is a member of the American College of Physicians and American College of Chest Physicians.

Brian Belfi, PAC
          Mr. Belfi received his Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science and International Relations at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. He earned a second Bachelor degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He was awarded a Masters of Public Heath and Community Health Education by the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Mr. Belfi completed the Physician Assistant program at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. Mr. Belfi is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, North Carolina academy of Physician Assistants, North Carolina Medical Society, and Guilford Physicians Extenders. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Justin Blaylock, PAC
          Physician Assistant Justin P. Blaylock earned his Bachelor of Arts in Exercise/Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his Master of Medical Science degree from the Physician Assistant Program at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Mr. Blaylock served as a Physician Assistant with Carolina Pulmonary Physicians, PA in Rock Hill, SC. Mr. Blaylock is a member of the American Academy of Physicians Assistants.

Divyang Sorathia, MD
          Dr. Sorathia is certified in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He served his residency training at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center, New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Sorathia completed a Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York, NY and a Critical Care Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY.
