Bernard Chinnasami, MD
          Dr. Chinnasami received his medical degree from Madras Medical College and completed his residency at the Polyclinic Medical Center where he became Chief Resident of Internal Medicine. Dr. Chinnamasi is board certified in Oncology. He is also the Medical Director of the Cancer Center at High Point Regional Hospital.

V.C. Harish, MD
          Dr. V.C. Harish joins Emerywood Hematology/Oncology after completing a Fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. He was awarded his undergraduate and medical degrees by Madras University in India. He then spent three years studying general internal medicine at medical institutions in the United Kingdom, where he was elected to the Royal College of Physicians based upon the results of a post-graduate examination. His residency training was completed at State University of New York Health Science Center in Syracuse, NY, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Harish is board certified in Internal Medicine and board certified in Hematology and Oncology. He is a member of the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He is the author of articles that have been published in international medical journals. Dr. Harish will begin seeing patients on 08/01/06.

George Sanders, MD
          Dr. Sanders completed his undergraduate work and received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his residency training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, also. His Hematology/Oncology training was at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, AL. He was on staff at the University for two years doing clinical work in oncology and research in gene therapy. Dr. Sanders is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Oncology and Hematology.

Susan Williford, MD
          Dr. Williford completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her medical degree from the Bowman Gray School of Medicine where she also served her residency in Internal Medicine. Her special areas of study are Hemotology and Oncology. Dr. Williford is board certified in Internal Medicine and Oncology.
