Richard Escajeda, MD
          Dr. Escajeda received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and his medical degree and residency training from the University of Nebraska. His special areas of study include patient education and infectious disease. Dr. Escajeda is board certified in Family Practice.

Nick Jacobucci, MD
          Dr. Jacobucci comes to Cornerstone from Cleveland, OH where he was on the faculty of the Family Practice residency program at Fairview General Hospital, Hassler Center for Family Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH and his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. He completed an internship in Family Medicine at Columbus Cuneo-Cabrini Medical Center in Chicago, IL and a residency in Family Medicine at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago. He completed Fellowship Lectures in Family Practice at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland. Dr. Jacobucci is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Sheila Stallings, MD
          Dr. Stallings has completed a three-year family medicine residency at McLeod Family Medicine Center in Florence, SC. Dr. Stallings, a native of Raleigh, NC, earned her medical degree at East Carolina University School of Medicine in Greenville, NC. Durin g her medical school training, Dr. Stallings was recognized as a North Carolina Rural Health Scholar and remained involved in church and community activities. She was awarded her Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering at Howard University in Washington, DC.

Tamara Alexander, FNP-C
          Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Tamara L. Alexander holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University and completed a family practice residency at Today’s Woman Health and Wellness Center in Winston-Salem. Prior to joining Cornerstone she served as a registered nurse and educator at the Winston-Salem State University Student Health Center.

Lori L. Beane, PAC
          Ms. Beane received her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She earned her Master of Health Science degree at Duke University in Durham, NC. Ms. Beane completed clinical rotations in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery and Behavioral Medicine. Ms. Beane is a member of the Guilford Physician Extenders, Piedmont Association of Physician Assistants, North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
