Anna Garrett, PharmD., CPP
Anna received her BS in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed her pharmacy residency training at North Carolina Baptist Hospital and is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. Anna is licensed by the NC Medical Board as a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner. She is a member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacists and is very active in the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists.

Sara Barnes, Pharm D
Dr. Barnes completed a Pre-Pharmacy Currriculum at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She was awarded her Doctor of Pharmacy degree by the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists, and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. Dr. Barnes has made numerous medical presentations to her peers, students, patients and other health care providers across the state on a variety of pharmacy-related topics.

Amy Brian, PharmD, CPP, CDE
Amy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy with Honors from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree with honors from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. She became a Certified Geriatric Practitioner in 2003. Amy is licensed by the NC Medical Board as a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner. Her primary area of practice is in diabetes management and she is board certified in diabetes by the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE). She is an active member of the American Assoc of Diabetes Educators (AADE), the American College of Clinical Pharmacists (ACCP), and vice president of the NC regional chapter for AADE.

Laura S. Connor received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her Doctor of Pharmacy degree was awarded with cum laude honors from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. She was formerly a member of the University of North Carolina School of Pharmacy Alumni Association Board of Directors, Davidson County Board of Health, and American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists. Dr. Applegate is certified in Diabetes by the Northwest AHEC program, and certified in Preventive Cardiology by the Greensboro AHEC Program.

Lori received her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from UNC- Chapel Hill. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of South Carolina at Columbia. She is board certified in Geriatric Pharmacy. She is also a fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists as well as a preceptor for UNC- Chapel Hill and Wingate Universities.

Dr. Oldham earned her a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also received a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Pharmacy at the University, where she completed the External Doctor of Pharmacy Program. Dr. Oldham is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and a Certified Diabetes Educator. She is a Student Preceptor for Undergraduate and External Pharm D students at the University of North Carolina School of Pharmacy and provides patient education classes on diabetes medications at the Diabetes Care Center of the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Oldham is a member of North Carolina Association of Pharmacists, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and the local chapter of diabetes educators.

Deborah Rosenquist, RD, LDN
Registered Dietitian Deborah K. Rosenquist has a Master’s degree in Food, Food Service Management and Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Ms. Rosenquist is an active member and previous elected chairman of the North Carolina Consulting Dietitian and the Winston-Salem District Dietetic Association. She is the current secretary of the Delta Kappa Gamma Honorary Teaching Society. She is distinguished as one of a small group of dietitians from across North Carolina to receive Blue Cross/Blue Shield credentials through a study conducted by Duke University that targets patients with a BMI above 25, diabetes, or hyperlipidemia.
