David D. Collins, MD
          David Collins, MD received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA where he graduated with summa cum laude honors. He was awarded his medical degree by Duke University in Durham, NC. Dr. Collins completed his residency training at The University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, CO. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in General Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Collins practiced as pulmonary specialist with Salem Chest Specialists from 1983 – 2003. Dr. Collins was awarded a Physician Recognition Award by American College of Physicians and was honored as 2001 Physician of the Year, by North Carolina Society of Respiratory Care. He is a member of the North Carolina Medical Society.

Steven R. Klein, MD
          Steven R. Klein, MD earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History, and his medical degree, at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. He completed an internship and residency training at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY. He is a member of the North Carolina Medical Society and Forsyth County Medical Society.
