Cornerstone Vascular Lab Receives Accreditation - F. Douglas Blazek, MD

Cornerstone Vascular Laboratory in High Point has attained recognition for its commitment to providing a high level of patient care and quality testing for the diagnosis of vascular disease. The facility recently received accreditation from the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories (ICAVL) for Extracranial Cerebrovascular and Peripheral Venous and Peripheral Arterial.

L. Dale Williams, MD, is the medical director of the Cornerstone Vascular Lab, which joins a select number of vascular laboratories in the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico that meet or exceed the ICAVL standards for noninvasive vascular testing. During the accreditation process, every aspect of the laboratory’s daily operations and its impact on the quality of health care provided to patients was assessed and reviewed. Participation in the accreditation process demonstrates Cornerstone Vascular Laboratory’s attention to a high level of patient care and quality testing.
