High Point, NC — Cornerstone Health Care announces that certified Family Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Todd has joined Piedmont Centre Family and Sports Medicine. Ms. Todd earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University in Winston-Salem, NC and was awarded her Master’s of Science degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner studies from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She is a licensed Registered Nurse and certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
